In 2009 Employment Solutions were approached by the then HR Manager at Trelleborg Offshore to find a solution for both shop floor and offsite recruitment requirements. With cyclical project demands, Trelleborg was looking for a flexible solution to guarantee staffing could be kept at an optimal standard.
To solve this problem, Employment Solutions assessed the skills required and the speed at which these could be sourced. Once this was evaluated a recruitment agreement was approved by both parties.
The arrangement remains in place today and Employment Solutions has been a valued member of Trelleborg Offshores preferred supplier list since 2009. The recruitment agreement enables the fast efficient recruitment of manufacturing, engineering, and offsite technicians.
