We use a simple approach to ensure satisfaction providing our clients with experience and expertise combined with time-efficient service. Our team also has the available resources to undertake rectification and variations works. If required, we can supply dedicated teams for these activities to ensure the programme is maintained.

  • Our policy is to maintain 100% CSCS card and/or safety passport accreditation for all site operatives. Across our site management and erection foreman teams we hold a broad range of qualifications, including appointed person for cranes, first aid, SMSTS and SSSTS.
  • All erection work is serviced via MEWPs and all operatives are IPAF certified. MEWP and crane operators are also CPCS certified.
  • We understand that you need your team to have access to your site for following trades as soon as possible. Our erection teams hold IPAF accredited qualifications for all types of plant, including Steel Erecting, Crane Supervisors Slinger/Signallers, MEWP, Scissor and Tele-handler's. All our rectification teams carry coded welders.
  • Our experienced management team has the ability to advise on our client programme to ensure that a phased handover of the work between labourers is achieved, allowing minimal disruption to the overall programme.
  • We have a workforce of more than 50 people, ranging from site management to erection operatives. The erection teams are divided into three or four-man teams dependent upon the type of work. We also have the ability to increase this number to suit our clients' needs.
  • We are able to produce detailed erection programmes and RAMS, including lift plans for all work undertaken.
  • Training records are maintained, to record the qualifications, experience and training of Company personnel, to ensure there is sufficient expertise within the Company.
