PROJECT MANAGER ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT - COVENTRY

Would you like to progress strong admin skills covering as a Junior Project Manager?
As a Project Manager Administration Assistant will support the Project Managers in their daily admin needs, liaising with customers as well as internal departments.
You will support Project Managers with scheduling work activity for field based samplers.
You will act as a liaison point for the Quality department.
You will respond to customer inquiries and offer thorough resolutions to customer issues.
You will cover the Project Managers at times acting as a Junior Project Manager.

Skills and Experience:
Customer service experience, ideally within a similar environment
Excellent admin, planning and organisational skills
Professional manner and approach to work
Proficient in various IT systems including MS Office
Salary is from £17,000
Permanent Contract - Full Time (37 hours per week) - Mon-Fri
Please note: You will be on call on weekends for emergencies on a rota basis
