Do you have strong Electrical Engineering knowledge and able to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment?
Manufacturing is becoming more and more efficient through automated technologies.
That means more Electrical Engineering, whether it be Smart Technology, Robotics, Advanced Batteries, Automated Electrical equipment, or Electric Vehicles.
This is where your skills are needed in delivering high standard maintenance and servicing on a range of electrical equipment, whilst being part of a fast-growing company and industry!
Servicing will include troubleshooting, diagnostics, small scale fabrication, maintenance, fault finding, customer service, detailed reports, LOLER inspections, testing, and repairs.
As a Workshop Supervisor you will be hands on as an Engineer but also offer leadership for a small team in the Workshop.
Skills and Experience:
Auto Electrician, Vehicle Technician, or similar NVQ qualified background
Electrically Biased Engineering knowledge
Experience with Material Handling, Lifting equipment, Electric vehicles, etc, is highly desirable.
Knowledge of AC and DC motors.
Experience with Protean software advantageous but not essential.
Salary: £28k-£32k + Overtime (negotiable - dependent on experience)
