Systems Administrator/2nd line technical support urgently required by my market leading client. You will be responsible for the helpdesk system providing 1st and 2nd line support on a daily basis. You will also be involved in product testing and lots of interesting project work. You must be self motivated and have a desire to progress. During the summer months you must be able to work away at festivals and provide gate support with our gate entry system, therefore you must hold a driving licence.
You will have some exposure with the following:
* Windows Server 2012-2016
* Windows Operating systems
* Microsoft Exchange
* Office Products
* Active Directory - Group policy management
* General PC Maintainance
Desirable skills include:
* Networking knowledge
* Linux
* Mac OSX
* SQL
* IT Accreditations
Ideally you will have had at least 1 / 2 years experience working in a IT support role. This is an exciting varied role with lots of opportunities to grow your IT knowledge.
