Or maybe you have hands on Servicing experience and are looking for a Coordinator position to liaise with Engineers and Customers?
Our client is a growing Medical Device company with a ground-breaking piece of kit that is at the forefront of COVID diagnostics. Due to continuous customer needs and internal growth, we are recruiting a Service Coordinator on a Permanent basis.
As a Service Coordinator you will work closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to coordinate recovery, repair and returns of any faulty customer instrumentation.
You will support teams that then carry out troubleshooting and root cause analysis on the customers device.
You will liaise with Engineers and Logistics departments to ensure that servicing and repairs are efficiently carried out and a solution is given to the customer as quickly as possible.
You will also communicate closely with R&D teams to report failure trends and implement improvements.
Skills and Experience:
Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or Scientific discipline
Previous Service / Support Coordinator experience preferrable or transferable skills
Experience within Medical Device highly advantageous or Electronic device
Permanent contract + Benefits
