Do you have a proven track record within Supply Chain & Purchasing?

As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist, you will become an integral part of the Planning & Supply Chain department, working closely with the Head of Planning & Supply Chain Operations.
- You will regularly lead negotiations for Contracts and T&Cs with suppliers.
- You will develop strong relationships with external supply chain and internal teams.
- You will own, manage and implement the supply chain sourcing solutions, from supplier selection, tendering process, negotiation, contract award, and through to order placement.
- You will lead sourcing engagement, manage supplier performance, and ensure procurement costs are controlled.
Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in Supply Chain / Purchasing / Procurement
Degree and/or CIPS qualified
Strategic Sourcing and Contract Negotiation experience
Experience within highly regulated Manufacturing (Aerospace, Defence, etc)
Location - Accrington, Lancashire
Salary - £55k - £65k (dependent on experience)
