You'll be joining a world-renowned specialist in the design and manufacture of armoured vehicles and tactical bridges. These products are supplied to militaries and governments across the globe and are used in disaster relief scenarios.

You'll be joining a team working on a recently won a multi-billion pound contract, building a fleet of new vehicles for MOD, that's where you come in.
This is a prominent position, working on a new and exciting project. It's already garnered a lot of worldwide interest and media coverage, so you will need to be good at what you do. You'll be able to take this project by the horns and make tough operational decisions from the outset.
With this new project, the business is really looking to bring in a new outlook on production engineering. You'll be working with the Operations Director to deliver vehicles on time, to cost and to the highest quality standards.
As for qualifications, you will hold a minimum of a HND in a relevant discipline. You will need to have a considerable amount of real-world manufacturing management experience in the aerospace, Automotive or similar mechanical engineering business.
You will need to be a SAP expert, have an excellent knowledge of Materials Planning Requirements and be highly versed in resource planning and production scheduling.
As the Production Manager, you will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary, pension contribution and death in service cover as well as the standard 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
