As an expert Control & Instrumentation Design Engineer, you'll take ownership of the EC&I elements of all design projects.
The role is based mainly in the offices in Staffordshire, but there will be, infrequent, visits to client sites that could include overnight stays. You will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary of up to £45,000, and you will be working 37.5 hours a week, 9 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday.
With all jobs working around safety-critical systems, we're looking for someone that meets specific criteria.
Youll need to be qualified to at least HND level in EC&I engineering or other associated discipline, have experience of design lifecycle and working in a structured design engineering environment. You will have worked on designs for gas transmission or distribution networks in oil & gas or petrochemical environments.
Experience of producing electrical or control instrumentation designs for hazardous area applications would be highly preferred. However, if you have a working knowledge of ATEX regulations, your application may also be considered.
