Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the go-to expert for spare parts sales and guidance in the UK.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with the UK Sales Manager.
  • Process and approve orders using Movex.
  • Handle customer and end-user enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Liaise with technical teams to resolve technical parts queries.
  • Provide training on the parts system to customers.
  • Attend industry events and develop customer relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand UK parts sales.
  • Prioritise urgent tasks while managing daily workloads effectively.
  • Strive to deliver a market-leading spare parts sales service.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in spare parts sales or a similar role.
  • Qualifications in Maths and English.
  • Experience in the UK agricultural or automotive spare parts sector (desirable).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to support colleagues.
  • Enthusiastic approach to customer service excellence.
  • Good understanding of the importance of a reliable and fast spare parts service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ideally experience with ERP systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferably clean).






Salary

  • £15-£16 per hour, dependent on experience.
  • Annual performance-based bonus.
