After previous redundancy from my role within the media industry, I saw an opening here at Employment Solutions for an Admin Manager, and I jumped at the opportunity. Having a wealth of experience in various areas, I relished the challenge of working in an entirely new industry. As the Systems and Administration Manager, my primary responsibilities are to ensure the smooth running of the Admin Department as well as overall responsibility for the software systems we use, CRM, Analytics, Job boards and everything in-between. Everyone at Employment Solutions is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable if one asks a question and they don't instantly know the answer, they don't fob you off, they will go get the answers.
