We have an urgent requirement for Welders in Richmond!

• 🧑‍🏭 Role: Welder - structural steel fabrication

• 📍 Location: Brompton-on-Swale, North Yorkshire

• 🛠️ Work:

  • MAG 135 welding on plates and sections up to 100mm thick

  • Fillet and butt welds on a production line

• 📋 Responsibilities:

  • Production line welding and visual inspection of welds

  • Working to welding codes, safety procedures, and HSEQ standards

  • Meeting production targets and supporting continuous improvement

  • Working independently and as part of a team

• 🎓 Requirements:

  • Time-served or equivalent MAG 135 welding qualification (skill test required)

  • Strong knowledge of welding standards

  • Experience with overhead cranes and slinging

  • Ability to work accurately under time constraints

• 💷 Pay & Benefits:

  • £16.28 per hour PAYE + overtime

  • Day shift: 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday

  • Saturday overtime available
