Spares/Administration Coordinator, £26,000 Basic, Day shift, 34 hours a week

Introduction: This role involves coordinating spares and administration tasks, including order processing, chasing outstanding orders, and engaging with customers. Additionally, it includes supporting various departments and maintaining documentation. Suitable for organised individuals with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process spares orders and purchase orders on Sage Line 200.
  • Manage orders received via email, telephone, or requests from the Drawing Office.
  • Coordinate the packaging and delivery of orders.
  • Chase outstanding orders and contact dormant customers.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks including ISO documentation and reception duties.
  • Provide support to other departments when required.
