As the Quality Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and ensuring compliance with our Quality Management System and ISO9001:2015 accreditation. Representing the Quality function for a range of Electrical products, you will oversee various aspects of factory operations and lead a small team to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and communicate Quality Department KPIs accurately to Headquarters.
• Analyse quality problems & non-conformances, assess impact, and implement preventive/corrective actions.
• Participate in internal audits and support the Quality Manager with customer issues & complaints.
• Management of calibration process using mechanical measurement instruments, crimp tools, weighing scales and more.
• Manage QMS to ISO 9001.

Requirements:

• Proven Quality experience within Manufacturing to ISO 9001
• Experience within Electrical Manufacturing advantageous but not essential.
• Strong experience with internal audits, CAPAs, NCRs, customer complaints.
• Leadership skills.

Location - Wigan (with some expensed travel to Manchester site).
Salary - £36,500 + Excellent Benefits
