We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Programme Manager to join a major nuclear and civil infrastructure programme based in Whitehaven. This senior leadership role will oversee the coordination and delivery of multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient delivery in line with nuclear regulatory requirements and long-term programme objectives.

This position would suit a highly experienced Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager with a background delivering complex infrastructure or civil engineering programmes within regulated environments. It will appeal to someone who is confident leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing complex stakeholder relationships and driving programme performance across large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership and governance across the nuclear and civils programme
* Oversee delivery across multiple projects, ensuring performance against scope, cost, schedule and quality
* Ensure compliance with nuclear safety standards, regulatory frameworks and client requirements
* Manage programme budgets, risks, opportunities and change control processes
* Act as the senior interface with the client, regulators and key project stakeholders

In return you'll receive a salary up to £84,500, 25 days holiday, up to 8% company pension contribution and private medical insurance.
