One of our large clients based in the OL10 area are looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter / machine builder to join their team. This role involves assembling and building bespoke machinery for a range of industries. Offering variety, technical challenge, and flexibility, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of full-cycle machine build projects from concept to completion.

This position would suit a time-served Mechanical Fitter with a background in machine build or special-purpose machinery.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to interpret technical drawings confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit, and build bespoke production machinery to high standards.
• Interpret and work accurately from detailed engineering drawings.
• Provide on-site installation and technical support when required.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and tidy working environment at all times.

Salary
