Experience in large Heavy Engineering fields like Machinery Build, Mechanical Handling, or Rotary Machinery is crucial. You should have a Degree Level qualification or at least an HNC. Proficiency in SolidWorks or Inventor, and a working knowledge of MathCAD, would be advantageous. The ability to handle mechanical handling or rotary machinery projects from initial design to final commissioning is also essential.

Day to day will include:
* Communicate and collaborate with shop floor staff, engineers, and customers throughout the project duration.
* Lead and oversee complex engineering projects from conceptualization to delivery and installation.
* Utilize SolidWorks and Inventor to design and customize unique products.
* Offer technical consultation to clients to define project specifications.
* Manage and coordinate multiple projects, overseeing them from the design phase to customer delivery.
* Maintain focus on the critical path to ensure timely and high-quality project completion.
