20% uplift for 6am-2pm shift (£19.88/hour)
40% uplift for 2pm-10pm shift (£23.20/hour)

Shifts: Monday to Friday - Rotating (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm)

Introduction

A global leader in the manufacture of respiratory drug delivery components is looking for an experienced CNC & Manual Miller to join its manufacturing site in Blackburn. This hands-on role supports the production of precision-engineered components to exacting industry standards, contributing to world-class quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage CNC and manual milling machines to support production output

• Develop and implement milling techniques that maximise quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness

• Support and mentor apprentices in CNC milling

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment in line with company standards

• Actively participate in ongoing improvement projects using internal systems and best practices
