We have an exciting opportunity for a Turnaround Manager to coordinate site shutdown activities. This role involves scoping, planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance tasks, aligning resources and contractors, and ensuring compliance with legislative inspections for all the client's active production plants in the Blackpool area.

This role is ideal for an experienced leader with a background in engineering or chemical manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage complex, time-critical activities. They should also be adept at handling ambiguity and building effective teams across multiple disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the safe delivery of planned plant outages.
• Develop detailed plans to meet Safety, Health, Environment (SHE), Quality, Cost, and Time requirements.
• Assist the Maintenance Team with day-to-day resource planning.
• Liaise with external contractors to identify and implement innovative technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhance manufacturing capabilities.

In return you'll receive a salary up to £60k, 29 days holiday + Bank Holidays, up to 14% pension contributions and Private Medical amongst others.
