A well-established Precision Engineering organisation, serving diverse sectors such as Aviation, Medical, Automotive, and Military, is embarking on several significant projects. Currently seeking a Senior Design Engineer to seamlessly contribute to ongoing initiatives, with future potential for a Design Manager role.

Ideal for an adept individual with a robust engineering mentality, an inquisitive mindset, and problem-solving skills. The role demands leadership to enhance an already proficient team, particularly in Solidedge or Solidworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create designs using Solid Edge and MasterCam, aligning with customer specifications
• Collaborate with the workshop to ensure designs are manufacturable
• Maintain accurate records, revisions, and databases
• Desirable: CAM experience and expertise in designing Jigs and Fixtures

Benefits:

• Working hours: 8-5 Monday-Thursday, 8-12 Friday
• 20 days holiday (increasing to 25 with service) + bank holidays
• On-site position

£33-£38k DOE
