Quality Administrator, Permanent position, Basic is £25,300, + Excellent benefits and pension

Working hours are Mon-Thurs 7am-3:30pm, Fri 7am-11:30am, 1 day working from home.

Join a dynamic team supporting the implementation and compliance of a Quality Management System. This role focuses on maintaining ISO9001 accreditation, ensuring accurate data recording, and handling administrative duties for the Quality Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate data input for monthly Quality reporting cycles.
  • Administration of customer complaints/returns.
  • Handling non-conformance documentation.
  • Supporting site Quality operations as required.
  • Servicing QM Workflows and maintaining the Calibration Register.
  • Involvement in internal audits for their QMS.
