A challenging opportunity awaits a skilled Proposals Engineer, based within our offices, with occasional travel to 2 x UK offices. Reporting to the Group Proposals Manager, the role involves providing application and pricing support for the company's products. Who This Job Would Suit:

Ideal for candidates with a minimum of an HNC in a related Engineering discipline, possessing excellent communication skills, a desire to learn, and the ability to collaborate within a team. Attention to detail, commercial awareness, and IT proficiency are essential. Previous experience in the UK Gas/Petrochemical industry is desirable, and working within Electrical Engineering bias is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application and pricing support for the company's products.
• Utilise CRM tools to develop and track sales pipeline.
• Produce quotations in line with internal procedures.
• Identify opportunities, engage with prospects, and offer technical expertise.
• Build relationships with product specialists and liaise with suppliers.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a Proposals Engineer or similar
• Electrical Engineering biased experience
• HNC qualified or similar in related Engineering discipline
• Understanding of project life cycle
• Experience within Engineering or Manufacturing sector
• IT Literate

Location: Nantwich area (covering 2 x sites nearby) Ellesmere Port / Stoke on Trent

Salary: £30k - £40k
