An Operations Manager is sought to lead our dynamic Operations Team, comprising shift managers, team leaders, a H&S Coordinator and production operatives. This pivotal role involves overseeing all site operations, emphasizing safety, efficiency, and collaboration. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and fostering a culture of professionalism and safety.

- Supervise all direct reports.
- Develop and maintain operational budgets.
- Collaborate with Technical, QC, Engineering, Planning, Inventory and Administration departments to build strong working relationships.
- Assist in hiring, training, and managing performance.
- Determine and fulfil operational staffing requirements promptly.
- Cost reduction activities.
- Proven Operations Management experience in Manufacturing, Chemicals preferred or transferable.
- NEBOSH certified with strong H&S knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills across multi-functional teams
- Experience in mentoring and training staff
- Budget control experience
Salary: £50k - £60k (dependent on experience)
