An exciting opportunity has become availble for a skilled Mechanical fitter OR a Semi skilled Assembler to join a dynamic engineering team in the Preston/Chorley area.

My client are looking to recruit someone on a temporary basis due to an increased workload.

The company specialises in precision engineering across various sectors, including nuclear, aerospace, and oil and gas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a diverse and collaborative environment and likes to be challenged.

Pay- £14 to £17 PAYE OR UP TO £22 Umbrella

Hours- Mon-Thurs 07:30 - 16:00 Early finish on Friday

The Ideal candidate will have experience in the following-

• Knowledge of Pneumatics and Hydraulic systems
• Electrical knowledge
• Experience with fault finding machine issues
• Ability to polish various materials
• Ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings and deliver conforming parts
  Working with various materials including Mild steel, Alloys and stainless steel
