An established engineering organisation with over a century of innovation is seeking Manufacturing Engineers to support advanced production programmes. Operating within a highly regulated environment, the business delivers complex mechanical systems and is investing in its manufacturing capability to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability across fabrication and assembly operations.

This opportunity would suit a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer who enjoys being close to the shop floor and solving real production challenges. It is ideal for individuals with experience in fabrication, assembly, or complex engineering environments who are passionate about continuous improvement, problem-solving, and driving operational efficiency within cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes, layouts, and workflows.
• Provide hands-on engineering support to shop floor build and assembly activities.
• Lead structured problem-solving and root cause analysis initiatives.
• Support design for manufacture and engineering change processes
• Develop and maintain SOPs while ensuring compliance with HSE and quality standards.

The company has offered a great package for the role, including a salary of £50,000-£55,000. In additional to this, the company also offer 7% pension contributions, Life Assurance, Sick Pay and a generous 25 day annual leave +8 bank holidays.
