Are you an experienced Health & Safety professional with a knack for construction management? This role is tailor-made for you! With a focus on leadership and effective communication, you'll drive our safety initiatives to new heights. Key Responsibilities:

    • Spearhead all Health & Safety initiatives, setting the standard for excellence.
    • Guide our Senior Leadership Team on crucial H&S matters, influencing key decisions.
    • Craft and implement innovative H&S policies and procedures, shaping our safety landscape.
    • Cultivate a culture of positivity and safety consciousness throughout the organization.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to manage and enhance our H&S performance.
    • Take the lead in investigating incidents, uncovering root causes for actionable insights.
    • Deliver comprehensive H&S training, empowering our team in plant yard environments.


Requirements:

    • Proven track record in Health & Safety Management within Construction or related fields.
    • Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) or a strong commitment to achieving it.
    • Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments with finesse.


Location: Ormskirk Salary: circa £60k - £65k (dependent on experience) + 15% Bonus Benefits: Enjoy a generous package including 33 days holiday (including BH), Pension, Bonus, Share scheme, Life assurance, Discounts, Private Medical, and Occupational Health support.
