An exciting opportunity has opened up for a skilled Grinder/Linisher to join a rapidly expanding company at its cutting-edge fabrication facility near Preston. This position is initially offered on a 26-week contract basis, with a strong possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate. Offering a competitive pay rate of £12.40 per hour, this role provides the chance to contribute to a dynamic team during an exciting period of growth.

This role is suited for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in grinding and linishing. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, where deadlines and accuracy are key. Strong organisational skills, flexibility, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Grinding of copper and aluminium components to a high standard
- Safe and efficient use of a 4.5-inch grinder
- Work to meet daily deadlines, maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organised working area
