We are currently working an exciting opportunity for Electrical Design Engineer for an ever-expanding family run organisation, specialising within Special Purpose Machinery for the FMCG, Chemical and Nuclear Industries.

Throughout recent years the operations have grown by over 50% and there is no sign of this changing anytime soon.

We are looking for someone who has been involved in the design and manufacturing of Special Purpose Machinery, working with AutoCAD and ideally ePlan electric P8.

Day to day activities include:

• Produce electrical drawings using e-plan, including panel layouts, bill of materials and full electrical information to enable the panel build this includes rating plates and legend plates.
• Provide single line diagrams with cable idents to enable quotations from Electrical Contractors to be competitive.
• Attend site meetings with the project engineer to meet the customer.
• Complete pneumatic circuits and supply a bill of materials for all pneumatic components.
• Ensure, when necessary, all sites specific customer standards are adhered to.
• Attend customer sites to assist sales engineers by providing electrical knowledge and ensure

This is an onsite flexible working role, in the office just 34 hours a week! You will receive a salary of up to £45 DOE, 25 days holiday, increasing to 27 days holiday after 5 years' service and a bonus that really does pay out!
