CNC Operator, 6month contract - possibility of going permanent for right applicant.

£41,000 - £43,000, Dependent on experience

This position will be working weekend nights, Thurs-Sun, Fri-Sun rotating.

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join a Company who specialise in the Aerospace sector. With immediate interviews and start dates available, this role offers a unique opportunity for experienced individuals. Starting on standard days for training, the position will eventually transition to Weekend Nights with competitive hourly rates.

Who This Job Would Suit: This role is ideal for Time Served/Semi-Skilled CNC Machinists with expertise in Milling or Turning. If you have a proven track record in precision engineering, can work collaboratively, and strive for high-quality output, this position is tailored for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work to company standards and follow instructions from the engineering team
• Interpret stage drawings and conduct running checks on established products
• Contribute to process improvement as part of a collaborative team
• Maintain high standards of quality, ensuring safety and product traceability
• Utilize CNC Operating experience without setting or programming involvement
• Read and interpret documents, including customer drawings and safety rules
• Demonstrate working knowledge of various machine types and blade manufacturing processes
