Planes, Trains or Automobiles (Yes we also love a good play on words as well as a bit of John Candy) gives the team the chance to win passport stamps in their ultra-exclusive Employment Solutions Passport. They don't just issue these things to any old recruiter you know...
Every stamp earned will take the team closer to booking their place on; a plane to Dubai, Saint Moritz or New York or an all-inclusive trip away to somewhere like Croatia, a train to an event like the Races or a seat in the taxi for a meal out and drinks in town depending on how many they collect.
We have also put up a HUGE incentive thermometer in the office so the team can track how they are getting on against their targets!
