Employment Solutions started with a fantastic working relationship forged 21 years ago, one with two equally driven people working towards similar goals. Those two people were Neil Davies and Carolyn Frodsham, now the company’s Director and Managing Director respectively. It was Carolyn that originally trained Neil in all things recruitment, and after a little time spent working for different companies, the band got back together, setting up the Employment Solutions you see today.
From the very first day, Employment Solutions has been a breath of fresh air in the recruitment sector. Centred around a shared internal mindset of loving recruitment, but hating bad recruitment practices, Employment Solutions was always Intended to be non-corporate and relaxed, a counterpoint to so many other recruitment companies.
We currently have around 320 active contract workers and this number is growing all the time.
Our team is experienced in filling a variety of roles ranging from Welders for a single piece of work on a clients site to Mechanical Design roles, some of which can end in working with our Clients for years.
This is because our clients come back to us again and again, its not by chance that we run the largest manufacturing contract in the North West or that our clients come to us to help them write strategy to grow their business.
