Key experience Essentials We are ideally looking for someone that can operate in a fast-paced market, traditionally contract vacancies are filled within 1-2 weeks and permanent bookings within 2-3 weeks. The right person will be able to show consistent growth within a 360 market space where they have taken a client from cold call through to revenue generation. The most important skill to demonstrate will be the ability to coach people from different levels of experience to become the best that they can be. Desired An understanding of the UK Engineering and Manufacturing market place would be of great benefit. Compensation and benefits The salary for this position will be discussed on a confidential basis, depending on experience. However, as this is a succession plan position, we have the ability to hire from the experience level of Senior Recruiter to someone in an existing Recruitment Management position.
