Position: Engineering Stores person/FLT driver

Location: Chapel-En-Le-Frith

Pay: £13:01 + Overtime Rates

Hours: 4 Day week - 36 Hours Per Week - Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30pm

Contract length: Permanent following a temporary 13-week period.

Day-to-day responsibilities include...

• Booking in parts using an in-house system (Sanderson Unity Business System)

• Operating of overhead cranes.

• Control of Stores Dept.

• Loading/unloading delivery vehicles with a forklift truck.

• Using various types of forklifts/cranes/jibs.

• Moving parts between Site A and B using tow and tug trucks.

• Checking the amount of stock available to match work orders.

• Organisation of stock.

• Stocktaking.

• Movement of stock/parts/equipment around the factory.

The Ideal candidate.

• Must have experience working in an Engineering/Manufacturing Stores environment.

• Must be used to using stocktaking systems.

• Must be local to the area or be able to travel to chapel en le frith.

• Must have a valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (RTITB/ITSSAR)
