The role is based in Trafford Park, offering a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.

This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Candidates with previous experience in customer service and administration within a manufacturing or engineering environment will excel. The position is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and can work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer service queries via email and telephone.
  • Manage the service inbox and prioritise urgent service jobs.
  • Raise job orders on the in-house system.
  • Liaise with engineers, parts, and sales teams.
  • Support the Service Manager with aftersales activities.
