Working hours are

• 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (8 am - 4:30 pm) and Friday (8 am - 12:30 pm).

Seeking a dynamic individual to join a team in the Fabrication Department, contributing to the Press Shop and Paint Plant area's operational excellence. With a commitment to health and safety, the successful candidate will perform various tasks under the guidance of team leaders, ensuring compliance with company policies and continuous improvement in performance.

Who This Job Would Suit: This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a commitment to safety standards, and a desire to contribute to team success. A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to operate CNC machinery efficiently are essential qualities for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment in the Fabrication Department according to health and safety standards.
• Efficiently update Gemba production records.
• Adhere to fire, health, and safety rules and company policies.
• Perform auxiliary jobs related to the paint plant.
• Train other employees, including apprentices, in safe machinery operation.
• Conduct daily safety checks and report equipment faults promptly.
• Download programs and drawings from the database using a PC.
• Use measuring equipment to ensure work meets drawing specifications.
