Job description
A leading Fabrication company is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator for a temporary, full-time position. This role requires meticulous organisation of objective evidence to ensure compliance with project specifications. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate all client-provided information throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure project-specific information is correctly placed in Workspace, hard-copies, and local project folders.
- Review documentation, identify errors, and arrange for necessary corrections.
- Verify Supplier Test Certification against Purchase Orders and specifications to ensure material traceability.
- Chase missing or delayed material test certification from suppliers.
- Assist with NCR documents, including creating contracts and downloading reporting information.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven Quality or Technical administration experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong IT & English skills
- Strong communication skills
Pay Rate:
£13 per hour (PAYE)
OR
£17.16 per hour (Umbrella)
Location: Bolton
Contract: 3-6 months
Hours: 39 hours per week. 8:15am to 5:15pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am - 1pm Friday (with flexibility)
