Project Support Administrator, Permanent position, Salary dependent on experience.

Standard working hours.

Fantastic opportunity to join a company who have been established since 1980's, they specialise in induction heating services for welding to offer a full range of anti-corrosion, insulation and profile infill solutions for pipeline field joints.

They are looking to recruit someone who ideally has worked in a similar role, the successful Applicant will need to have SAP experience, as will be working on their SAP system, financial budgeting & cost management through SAP, experience within the pipeline industry desirable however not essential.

The main purpose of position is to be responsible for administration support across the Supply Chain Team, ensuring timely and accurate data is prepared and reported to support the decision-making process during the World Class management of multiple global projects.

Also:

Processing of project demand through supply chain and monitoring supplied deliverables.

Assist with the development of project plans.

Issue Purchase Orders, manage and monitor SAP demand.

Raising and processing work orders.

Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
