Job description

We're looking for a skilled Plater fabricator in Deeside, North Wales

£20.80 per hour (PAYE) with Overtime and uncapped bonus scheme

Working hours: Monday-Thursday: 07:30-15:30 Friday: 07:30-12:30

We are recruiting experienced Plater fabricators to join our team at a state-of-the-art, newly established manufacturing facility in Deeside.

This site has been purposely designed to support high-spec fabrication work for the nuclear energy sector, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

This is a long-term, permanent opportunity to work on precision fabrications for some of the most highly regulated environments in the UK.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for fabrication of piping supports destined for the Hinckley point C power station project.

Working from isometric drawing and tack welding of box sections and plate. All work is quality-checked through both visual and NDT inspections, so attention to detail and a high personal standard of workmanship are essential.

You'll be part of a skilled team of welders, fabricators, and operators committed to delivering high-quality work. All welds are visually and NDT inspected, so a strong quality mindset and high standards are essential.

Requirements:

Right to work in the UK
Recognised apprenticeship with NVQ 3 qualification or equivalent
Willing to complete BPSS screening compliance
Be able to complete a box to plate fillet weld using MIG weld process.
