We are recruiting to join leading process manufacturing company who have over 50 years' experience delivering market leading products, across Europe and internationally. Working on a favourable Mon-Fri days basic, the company is known for delivering high performing products and requires a high performing maintenance team to do so. This role involves maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of the plant, overseeing installations, repairs, and upkeep of facilities.

Ideal for a time served Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in a fast moving maintenance engineer role, excellent problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach. Candidates should have a thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience working with various industrial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with key managers on new plant requirements and production support.
• Maintain and ensure proper functioning of all plant and measuring equipment.
• Manage contractors and ensure adherence to safe systems of work.
• Oversee internal and external maintenance schedules and keep records of repairs.
• Ensure site security, fire prevention, and good housekeeping standards.
