We have excellent opportunities for skilled Mechanical Fitters working on commercial marine vessels based in Birkenhead.

Commencing early February 2025 we can provide long-term employment and job security.

Ideally this would suit applicants based in the Merseyside, Wirral and surrounding areas with City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) with a background working on heavy machinery.

• Perform maintenance, stripping, and assembly of bearings, gearboxes, generators, pumps, and other mechanical equipment.
• Pass in-house trade test to assess skills / ability.
• Competent using general hand / power tools.
• Adhere to the company's strict Drugs and Alcohol policy.

• £20.00 PAYE for the first 38 hrs.
• £30.00 per hour paid weekday overtime and Saturdays.
• £40.00 per hour for Sundays / Bank holidays.
• Holiday pay accrued from Day 1 as well as pension auto-enrolment.
