• Maintain and organise the tender folder meticulously.
• Review tender documents to identify discrepancies between specifications, drawings, and tender summaries.
• Record and submit all Requests for Information (RFIs) using the proper documentation.
• Prepare accurate estimates in line with provided tender summaries, listing any assumptions or conditions.
• Update all relevant systems and attend handover meetings for successful projects.
