Junior Manufacturing Engineer, Salary is £25,000-£30,000, Permanent position

Great opportunity to join a company who specialise in manufacture canning machinery.
They are looking for a Junior Engineer, that they can help develop and grow within the role and Company.
Summary of Position: Manufacturing Systems and process support / increase in on-time and accurate project deliverables / work alongside Design Engineers / ensure product manufacturing consistency and maintain standards within BOMs, drawing revisions & Processes.
Dwg Transmittal - Purchasing assistance for suppliers and log
PMRP Input - IFS Entry / System Housekeeping / Audit for QA / Mass Load
Part Numbers - Materials, Parts, Assemblies, Assy & Setup Tooling, Gauges, Document Guides
BOM - Creation of new machines Standard BOM
BOM - Update / maintain sub assy BOM
ECR System - Admin, old system screening, transfer to new IFS ECR system, execute disposition
ECO - Create, process, release, transfer, update prod structure & shop orders (process capable)
Create and managed gated processes - Quality assurance
Project plans & Tracking Documentation - Review, update, release latest issues
Technical Information (see above) - Standardise, update, log & issuing
Machine Spares - create spares lists in IFS, information sharing and instruction
SW Toolbox - administration assistance of CAD central toolbox
Experience - Manufacturing, systems, or industrial engineering, Machine building / engineering administration, Project administration
Qualifications & Training - IFS PMRP Software, or similar business system, Manufacturing support software e.g. SAP & Engineering Development, systems, Quality assurance, Manufacturing Planning
Qualities and Attitude - 100% commitment to delivery of dept and company targets. Work under own initiative, in cross functional teams with a "can do" attitude, goal driven, Ability to break tasks down to step-by-step actions and drive results no matter the obstacle.
Previous experience in a similar role, and an Interest in engineering career development.
Benefits
Working hours: 7-4.30 Monday - Thursday, 7-11 Friday
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
