Primary responsibilities

Lead and supervise manufacturing operations to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products
Champion continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of responsibility
Manage team performance to meet cost, quality, and schedule requirements
Drive Health, Safety, and Environmental policies within your area
Develop and implement recovery plans and short interval control when needed
Oversee resource deployment and achieve business returned hour targets
Conduct daily reporting on primary business measures
Maintain and communicate local KPIs (SQCDP) to team and management

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in a similar role within aerospace, automotive, or mechanical engineering
Strong leadership skills with the ability to implement manufacturing schedules and recovery plans
Working knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Experience in resource planning, competence management, and project reporting
Degree or HND in Manufacturing or Engineering Discipline (preferred)
IOSH/NEBOSH certificate (advantageous)
