Introduction: We are currently seeking a dynamic Maintenance Team Leader to ensure the safe and efficient operation of plant machinery, aligning with legislative requirements. This pivotal role involves leading a team of Maintenance Engineers to guarantee uninterrupted production activities.

Who this job would suit: Ideal for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader with an NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent, possessing a robust background in electrical/mechanical maintenance within a similar manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Maintenance Manager when required, managing permits and breakdown investigations.
• Efficiently plan and oversee the Maintenance Team's activities.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and safety requirements.
• Prioritize maintenance tasks and handle breakdowns promptly.
• Manage and develop Maintenance Team Members, ensuring effective performance.
