The position combines hands-on technical responsibility with leadership development, supporting the creation, refinement, and delivery of high-performance mechanical systems used in demanding industrial applications.

This position would suit an ambitious engineer with a strong mechanical background who is has lead teams in highly regulated design environments. It is ideal for someone who enjoys technical problem-solving, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is keen to advance their skills while mentoring others within a growing design function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide, and support the design engineering team to uphold high technical standards.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's product range, applications, and customer needs.
• Design and test mechanical components and systems using 3D CAD tools.
• Produce precise engineering drawings and related documentation for new and existing products.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, manufacturable solutions aligned with industry and regulatory requirements.
