our client is a precision engineering company dedicated to delivering high-quality machined components to our customers across various industries. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CMM Inspector to join and support their quality assurance operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform first-off and final inspection of machined components using conventional metrology equipment and manual coordinate measuring machines (CMMs).
• Prepare components for dispatch to customers, including manual finishing tasks such as de-burring and polishing, to ensure all parts meet customer standards.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and follow documented procedures in line with the company's ISO9001 quality management system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the use of conventional metrology equipment and manual coordinate measuring machines.
• Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, including geometrical tolerancing.
• Experience working in an ISO9001 or AS9100 environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of calibration systems is advantageous.
