Exciting Opportunity: Health & Safety Administrator

This company is seeking a dedicated Health & Safety Administrator to support the effective management of health, safety, and compliance processes within their structural steel operations. Salary and Hours
- Part time 3 days per week, with opportunity to go full time
- £14 per hour PAYE
Key Responsibilities of the Health & Safety Administrator:
- Maintain and update health & safety documentation, policies, procedures, and risk assessments.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant health & safety legislation and industry standards.
- Support the preparation and management of RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
- Coordinate health & safety inductions for new starters, subcontractors, and visitors.
- Monitor PPE records and ensure appropriate equipment is issued and logged.
Qualifications Needed:
- Previous experience in a health & safety or administrative role, preferably in construction or structural steel.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of health & safety regulations within construction or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control systems.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent is desirable (or willingness to work towards it).
