This is the ideal role for a an experience maintenance engineer, who ideally has a background in Food/FMCG and at least 1/2 years leadership experience. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, technical competence, and a passion for continuous improvement. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential for motivating teams and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a safety-first culture and adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
• Lead and manage a team of shift engineers, setting objectives and managing workflow.
• Oversee projects, including coordination with contractors and timely completion.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering team members.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for efficiency enhancements.
