Job description
We have an excellent opportunity for an (EC & I) Electrical Production Co-Ordinator based in Leicester .
As an Electrical Production Co-Ordinator you will lead, control and supervise a team of technicians and operatives and ensure all activities are completed on time and quality of output consistent with operational standards and requirements.
You will also provide training, guidance and support to ensure they exceed expectations and standard.
The role involves holding weekly toolbox talks to ensure all staff, Agency and contracting personnel are aware, understand and sign onto relevant method statement, risk assessments and any issues arising.
Ensuring that only Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel (SQEP) are deployed on electrical activities, and in addition, ensuring all future training needs are raised with the Facility management
You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to strategize and innovate manufacturing and assembly plans for the future. Be an integral part in shaping and evaluating the feasibility and design of projects through manufacturability and constructability reviews

It is essential all applicants have HND ideally in an Electrical discipline, or an equivalent qualification and have experience in a supervising or leading responsible role, as well as HNC/HND IOSH Managing safely. You must also have 18th edition Electrical installation regulation
Ideal candidates must have extensive experience in manufacturing and/or electrical assembly in regulated industry, and must be a good communicator, computer literate, understanding of planning principles and motivator
