An exciting opportunity awaits a seasoned Senior Electrical Design Engineer for a role OUTSIDE IR35. This role, based in the Sheffield area, requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to electrical engineering solutions.

Ideal for individuals with a background in electrical engineering, equipped with extensive design experience. Those skilled in CAD software, adept at liaising with project teams and clients, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety standards.

You will require your own portable computer with an active AutoCAD, and ideally EPLAN software license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize CAD software for drafting designs and produce necessary documentation
• Engage in projects from initial enquiry to detailed design and commissioning
• Interpret client specifications, providing engineered solutions with the Electrical Project Engineer/Contract Manager
• Liaise closely with project counterparts for design forecast and progress updates
• Attend client meetings, offering technical expertise and support

In return you'll receive a rate of £40-£44/hr ltd OUTSIDE IR35.
