Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and promote Continuous Improvement with a "Safety First" culture.
Provide CI support across the business, prioritizing improvement projects.
Implement improvements using Lean tools, 6S, Visual Management, Value Stream Mapping, Takt Time, 5 Whys, Fishbone, Kanban, Line Balancing, Plan-Do-Check-Act & other creative problem-solving techniques.
Introduce and run 6S programmes and workshops to the company.
Requirements:
Proven Continuous Improvement experience within Manufacturing, Engineering or Commercial Vehicle environment.
Strong knowledge of 6S, Lean manufacturing, 5 Whys, VSM, and more.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills, across cross-functional teams.
Strong numerical & IT skills.
Salary: Competitive
Working Hours: 4-day week, Monday - Thursday, 36 hours per week.
